What do I need to pre-qualify?
4 Corners Premier Apartments Essential Housing Program offers apartments where applicants may qualify if their household income falls within the AMI (Area Median Income) ranges below. Please call our leasing office to learn more about the required documentation and steps to apply for this program, or fill out the application below and return it to our office.
Additional qualifying information.
Every applicant must apply for the program and be approved based on the rental qualifications outlined within the chart below. All documentation required for the application process must be received by the 4 Corners team within seven (7) days of initial application. Applicants who do not submit required documents within the seven (7) day period after the initial submission of application may be denied final with no refund of monies paid. Documentation including but not limited to income documentation must be verified prior to final approval given.
